No one under the age of 18 will be able to attend the event without the prior written approval of the Organisers.

NO. You wont be able to participate virtually. We know the value GSE Expo Europe is the physical presence of our exhibitors, sponsors, visitors & speakers and we are delighted to be able to welcome you to Paris in September.

Will photos and video be taken at GSE Expo Europe?

Yes, photos and video will be taken by our official photographer and videographer to be used in publicity materials by the Mark Allen Group (Ground Handling International) and IAEMA. By registering for the GSE Expo Europe you are agreeing to have any photographs or videos taken of you to be used in next year's marketing.

How do I qualify for a visa letter?

We understand attending the GSE EXPO Europe from certain countries may require a visa letter. Please note we cannot advise you on whether you will be able to obtain a visa, we can only invite you to attend our exhibition. 

Only fully registered attendees will be considered and will go through a standard check to see how your company relates to the industry and to cross check previous attendance through our event history.

These checks can take up to a week. If you have not heard from us within two working weeks your application has been unsuccessful.

Can I purchase visitor data?

It has come to our attention that emails and phone calls are circulating claiming that these companies can sell you visitor data lists. These emails and phone calls are from internet scammers. MA Exhibitions does not sell visitor or exhibitor data.

What is the nearest covid-19 testing facility?

We understand PCR testing is still mandatory for some visitors travelling from overseas. The nearest testing facility available will be at the Charles De Gaulle Airport.

Rapid PCR test results taking between 1-4 hours to come back. (To book this you must have your flight on the same day & spaces are limited).

Location: Terminal 2E, above the TGV station on the same level as the flight board, follow instructions on the terminal.

- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am to 6:30 pm.
