We understand attending the GSE EXPO Europe from certain countries may require a visa letter. Please note we cannot advise you on whether you will be able to obtain a visa, we can only invite you to attend our exhibition.

Only fully registered attendees will be considered and will go through a standard check to see how your company relates to the industry and to cross check previous attendance through our event history.

These checks can take up to a week. If you have not heard from us within two working weeks your application has been unsuccessful.

GSE Expo Europe is relevant to an international GSE audience and we actively welcome visitors/exhibitors from the Asia/Pacific, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa and beyond...

Highly relevant to: GSE Fleet Managers/Directors; Airport Managers/Operations Managers; Purchasing Directors; Maintenance Managers; GSE Engineers; Safety Managers and all senior managers/directors with an active interest in GSE/airport equipment.

No one under the age of 18 will be able to attend the event without the prior written approval of the Organisers.

Food and drinks can be purchased from catering outlets inside the hall and in the outdoor exhibition area.

A complimentary cloakroom is available at the Expo entrance. It will be open daily from 0800-1800.
