GSE Expo Europe is free to attend – all visitors have full access to the exhibition, Demo Zone and Innovation Zone.

Food and drinks can be purchased from catering outlets inside the hall and in the outdoor exhibition area.

FIL offers a 24-hour underground car park with 830 spaces. The maximum daily fee is €15.

A complimentary cloakroom is available at the Expo entrance. It will be open daily from 0800-1800.

We understand attending the GSE EXPO Europe from certain countries may require a visa letter. Please note we cannot advise you on whether you will be able to obtain a visa, we can only invite you to attend our exhibition.

Only fully registered attendees will be considered and will go through a standard check to see how your company relates to the industry and to cross check previous attendance through our event history.

These checks can take up to a week. If you have not heard from us within two working weeks your application has been unsuccessful.
